Although some of our standard services are listed below; we welcome the opportunity to discuss any personalized service needs you may have.

EXTERIOR of PROPERTY:

• We check doors, screens, windows, gates and solar panels for posssible damage due to wind and rain.
•  We make sure mail, newspapers and deliveries are being held.
•  We take garbage cans in and out.
•  We start automobiles (if needed) per your request.
•  We check your property for obvious faulty and/or broken irrigation lines.
• And we water plants (if needed) per your request.

INTERIOR of PROPERTY:

• We check doors, screens, windows, gates and skylights, making sure there are no compromises in their integrity. 
• We check to see that all plumbing (toilets, sinks, water heaters, refrigerators/freezers) and electrical devices (lights, clocks, timers) are operating properly. 

Of course any problems will be reported.

OVERSEE GENERAL MAINTENANCE:

• We see to gardeners, pool service people, house cleaners, repairs and installations.

FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES:

• We will perform household inventory, replenish flowers, fruit, paper products and miscellaneous necessities. 
• We will also act as a contact and/or liaison in the event of an emergency.
• We will perform any additional services unique to your property per your request.
